If you prefer to register by fax and pay separately, please print out the registration form and fax it to Customer Service at (207) 799-1915. If you prefer to register by mail, please print out the registration form and mail it with your payment to CB Conferences. If you prefer to register by telephone, please call Customer Service at (800) 903-9007. 
 

In order to receive a prompt refund, your notice of cancellation must be received in writing (by letter or fax) 10 working days before the conference. We regret that cancellations will not be accepted after that date. However we will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your company at any time. All cancellations will be subject to a $95 processing fee. If CB Conferences cancels an event, CB Conferences is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
